Piano and Cello

Chase Loeb, Piano, has been exploring music from an early age. Starting his musical life in the Colorado Rockies, he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in solo performance. It was in college where he met Carol Ann, his wife and partner in their cello piano duet, Music with Strings Attached.

After moving to Lodi, Chase has been a collaborative pianist at the University of the Pacific and the San Joaquin Delta College School of Music. He currently is the Director of B Sharp School of Music and instructs piano and digital music composition in Lodi. He continues a performance career as a solo and collaborative pianist in the Northern California area and is very excited to perform in Sonora with Makena Clark. 

Chase also has a career in music production and composition. His projects include classical composition for acoustic instruments and music education projects. You can find samples of his compositions at his website, www.chasegarrettmusic.com.

In addition to music, Chase also enjoys horseback riding, swing dancing, and snowboarding.

Carol Ann Loeb, Cello, is an Arizona native, Carol Ann performed with the Arizona Opera, the Phoenix Metropolitan Opera, and the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra. In 2010 she moved to Colorado to pursue a Master’s Degree in Cello Performance. She was Co-Principal of the University of Northern Colorado’s Symphony Orchestra, a soloist with the university’s Concert Choir, and was the winner of the 2012 Southard Competition-Chamber Music Division. Carol Ann currently records as a studio musician for collaborative projects. She has recently recorded for short films, commercials, and performed as a solo guest musician.

In addition to cello performance, Carol Ann has had a dual career in education and pedagogy. She loves sharing her passion for music with students of all ages and levels. She currently is a private instructor for the b Sharp School of Music in downtown Lodi. 

Isabel Seekatz, Violin, was born and raised on the Mendocino coast, where she first began playing the violin at age six under Marion Crombie. Over the years, she also studied under Mark Davis of Chico and Lisa Ho of Redding. Isabel received a Bachelor's of Music from University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music, where she studied under Igor Veligan. She has enjoyed playing in orchestras for most of her musical career, including the Redwood Youth Orchestra, Simpson Symphonia, and the Shasta Symphony Orchestra. She also plays lead fiddle in an Irish band based in Redding, where she currently resides.
